Show Hope 10 Year Celebration

Lisa and I went to the Show Hope 10 Year Celebration in Nashville this weekend with Stephanie.  We met Susie and her husband there too.

We got stuck in traffic for an hour and a half on the way down there.

We spent the night in Paducah and got up in the morning and did a little shopping at Opry Mills before heading over to the Show Hope open house in the afternoon.  Opry Mills has got to be the best mall I have ever been too.  If you ever make it to Nashville it is a must!

This was the line at Show Hope waiting to meet Steven Curtis and Mary Beth Chapman. We almost made it but they had to stop before the last 20 or so people made it in.  We don't think they were expecting so many people.

What's better than a picture with the Chapmans?  A picture with our fabulous team leader, Katie!  She does an amazing job leading teams to Maria's.

We decided to have dinner at P.F. Chang's.  It's like we were back in China...ok maybe not.

On Sunday there was a picnic at Lipscomb University.  They had food trucks and all sorts of activities for the kids. It was beautiful weather!

There was a fun photo booth!

It was great getting to see some of the kids we met at Maria's home with their forever families.

The concert was Sunday night.  It was great getting to see all Show Hope has done over the last 10 years.  So thankful to be a part of this ministry and that they led me to my son.
